• There will be a welcome party on November 16 (Sunday) 2025, from 18:00-20:00 hrs. in the Ball Room, 9 floor, SASIN School of Management Building, the site of the Conference, Chulalongkorn university.
• The Welcome Party fee is already included in the registration fee of the Conference.
• All registered participants and accompanying persons are invited to the welcome party. Accompanying persons are also free of charge.
• Please show your Name Badge when enter the Welcome Party.
• The SASIN Building is just in front of the Chaloem Rajakumari 60 Bldg. (Chamchuri 10 Bldg.). Chulalongkorn University.
• The Party will be international buffet style, stand and all you can eat!
• Vegetarian food will also be served.
• Thai classical dances will be shown during the Welcome Party.
• Moreover, November is the month of “Loy Kra Thong Festival” (Floating Candle Flowers in river Festival), a Thai famous traditional festival.
• PVSEC-36 Organizers will prepare a lot of “Floating Candle Flowers” and will show how to celebrate the festival during the Welcome Party.
• Please all participants enjoy the festival and dance together with Thai lady dancers. Do not miss it.

Loy Krathong Festival is usually celebrated at night in November every year. Loy Krathong also named Festival of Lights, is a famous floating lantern festival in Thailand. In the evening of Loy Krathong, Thai people gather together to release floating rafts called Krathongs onto rivers, lakes, and canals to give thanks to the Goodness of Water and seek forgiveness from her.
